Our practice spans litigation, arbitration and pre-dispute advisory. We act for Clients in complex commercial disputes at every stage – pre-action strategy and settlement discussions, proceedings before the civil courts, High Courts and tribunals, and domestic and institutional arbitration, through to enforcement of decrees and awards.
We align litigation strategy with the Client's commercial interests and the time sensitivities of the business, rather than treating the dispute in isolation. Our network of affiliates and of-counsels in the major cities in India and abroad allows us to run matters wherever they arise.
