Overview
Our LPR Practice advises technology companies on the operational licences, statutory permissions and related returns required for their facilities and business operations in Karnataka. We work principally with three regulators – the Karnataka State Pollution Control Board (KSPCB) on environmental consents and authorisations, the Chief Electrical Inspector to Government (CEIG) on approvals, inspections and certifications for electrical installations, and the Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) on municipal licences, permissions and registrations, including building and occupancy-related requirements.
We handle these matters from first application through to renewal, along with the periodic and annual returns that arise from them, so that Clients' facilities remain compliant on an ongoing basis rather than only at the point of approval.
